What’s the difference between CBT and holistic therapy?


CBT is a guided, evidence-based therapy focused on identifying and reframing negative thoughts. Holistic therapies (like mindfulness, sound healing, herbal support) take a mind-body approach to balance emotions and physical energy, both can be used together for deep transformation.

How long does each therapy session last and how often will I need them?
