Bali Harmony Rehab: Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all clients and staff, we require all guests to read, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Alcohol / Drug-Free Environment

Bali Harmony Rehab maintains a strictly alcohol- and drug-free facility. The possession, consumption, or introduction of alcohol or other drugs onto the premises is prohibited.

2. Smoking / Vaping Policy

Smoking/vaping is restricted to the designated areas. Smoking is not permitted in any enclosed indoor spaces, including bedrooms, therapy rooms.

3. Behaviour

We prioritise a respectful and supportive atmosphere. Clients must treat staff, fellow clients, and the property with respect at all times.

  • Aggressive Behaviour: Verbal abuse, physical aggression, harassment, yelling, fighting, threatening behaviour, or any physical contact with staff or peers will not be tolerated.

  • Sexual Misconduct: Any sexual conduct, including flirting, inappropriate remarks, harassment, romantic involvement, or engagement in sexual activities with residents, staff, or visitors is prohibited. Explicit material is not permitted, including on electronic devices.

4. Booking Policy

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Payments for your stay are non-refundable.

  • Amendments to Dates: You may request to amend your booking dates, subject to availability.

5. Program Participation

Full participation in all aspects of the program is expected. This includes scheduled therapy sessions, group activities, and all mandatory educational or wellness sessions. Costs for routine drug testing and pathology testing are covered as part of our standard program.

6. Medical and Health Disclosure

Clients are required to provide complete and accurate medical history during intake. Upon booking, clients will receive an intake form, which must be completed in full.

7. Medication Policy

All prescribed medications must be disclosed and handed to designated medical staff upon arrival. Medications will be stored securely and administered as prescribed. Unauthorised possession or sharing of medication is strictly prohibited.

Note: Additional charges apply for any medications dispensed by Bali Harmony Rehab.

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their own belongings. Bali Harmony Rehab is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. All belongings will be thoroughly searched upon arrival. Passports and prohibited items will be held securely. Each room includes a locked box for valuables.

9. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining client confidentiality. Clients are also expected to respect the privacy of others by not discussing or sharing information about fellow clients outside the facility.

10. Facility Rules

Clients must follow all posted rules regarding the use of communal areas, including the pool, dining space, and therapy rooms. Damage to property may incur additional charges.

11. Technology Use Policy

Use of phones, laptops, and other electronic devices is restricted, particularly early in the recovery program. Use is allowed to enable contact with family, work etc but is limited to designated times. Device use is not permitted during therapy, groups, or scheduled activities.

12. Curfew Policy

Clients must adhere to the nightly curfew set by the facility. Exceptions may be made in emergencies or with pre-approval from staff.

13. Dietary Requirements

All meals are provided by Bali Harmony Rehab. Special dietary needs or allergies must be communicated during the booking process. Outside food or drink is not permitted without approval.

14. Off-Premises Activities

All excursions are supervised and part of the program. Clients may not leave the premises without prior approval and staff accompaniment. Some activities may be optional and at an additional cost.

15. Emergency Contact Information

Clients must provide accurate and current emergency contact details to ensure we can reach someone in case of an emergency.

16. Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate a client’s stay if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

Reservation Deposits

To confirm a program placement, a reservation deposit is required. This deposit secures accommodation, staffing, and program availability for the agreed admission date.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a future admission date if rescheduling is requested within a reasonable timeframe and subject to availability.

Program Commitment and Early Departure

Participation in a Bali Harmony Rehab program involves a commitment to a structured therapeutic process designed to support meaningful recovery.

Program placements are reserved specifically for each client and require a commitment to the agreed program duration. Program payments are not refundable once a booking is confirmed.

If a client chooses to leave the program early, or withdraws before completing the agreed program duration, the remaining unused portion of the program may be applied as credit toward future treatment, aftercare support, or other approved services with Bali Harmony Rehab.

Credits remain valid for 6 months from the original program start date and may be used subject to availability and clinical suitability.

Bali Harmony Rehab reserves the right to discharge any client whose behaviour places themselves, staff, or other clients at risk. In such circumstances, program fees remain payable and unused program time may be forfeited where a breach of the Booking Terms and Conditions has occurred.
